Courtney Genosi Watson

Courtney Genosi Watson is currently a board member at the Epilepsy Foundation. Previously, they were with Parsons Corporation and Raytheon Technologies. Courtney has been in the business development field for many years and has a wealth of experience in the government contracting industry. Courtney is also certified in capture management and is a member of Raytheon's Accelerated Leadership and Emerging Leaders Program. Courtney is dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders and providing opportunities for the diverse workplace.

Courtney Genosi Watson has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and a Master of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University. Courtney is certified as a Capture Manager from Raytheon Intelligence & Space and as a Corporate Community Involvement Specialist from Boston College. Courtney also has a certification in Principles of Program Leadership from Babson College.
