Victoria Woyland is an experienced executive with a career spanning nearly two decades. Victoria began their professional journey in 2003 as a Quality- and Process Development Logistics at Volvo Car Group. In 2006, they moved to Volvo Group Trucks Technology as a Project Manager and Teamleader. Two years later, they joined Volvo Group Trucks, Sales & Marketing, EMEA as a Vice President Business and Services Development, Board Member of Volvo Truck Center Switzerland, and Director Business Planning & Control, CFO. In 2015, they were appointed Head of GTS Retail Network, acting SVP Retail Development at Volvo Group. In 2016, they became Vice President Business Solutions, CIO at Volvo Trucks. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President Consumer Services, Connected Solutions at Volvo Group. In 2021, they joined Ekobot - the evolution of agriculture as a Board Member. Currently, they serve as Chief Executive Officer at EpinovaTech AB.
Victoria Woyland has a diverse education history. Victoria completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they also completed a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt at Chalmers University of Technology. From 2004 to 2004, they completed a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and training in Project Management at Volvo Cars. From 1994 to 1994, they completed Swedish upper secondary school, Natural Science Program at Sigrid Rudebecks gymnasium. From 2010 to 2011, they completed a Leadership Program at Volvo Group. From 2008 to 2009, they completed a Certified Project Management Professional, PMP at ESI International. In 2020, they completed a Certified Board Member Board Readiness Program at Alumni.
