Epiodyne was founded to develop breakthrough small molecule medicines based upon novel insights into GPCR receptor pharmacology that were uncovered by leading researchers at UCSF, Stanford and Duke.

They are using quantitative pharmacological and behavioral techniques to translate their insights into novel medicines for patients with opioid use disorder (OUD). They are backed by a syndicate of experienced biotech VCs and located in the Bay Area.
