Epiphany School
Sara Tebeau, MSW, is an experienced school counselor currently working at Epiphany School since September 2016, where responsibilities include providing before and after school care, planning activities for social and emotional development, and substitute teaching. Prior experience includes serving as a social work intern at Whittier Elementary School, where Sara taught social-emotional curricula and facilitated support groups, and as the Host Homes Outreach Coordinator at Accelerator YMCA, where outreach strategies were developed for young people experiencing homelessness. Sara has held several teaching and supervisory roles that focused on youth development and support, including positions at Young Explorers Montessori School and LoveLight Inc., where programming was aimed at healthful development for low-income children. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from The College of Wooster.
