Paul Williams

Paul Williams has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Paul began their career in 1986 as an Audit Trainee at Merchant & Co. Paul then moved to KPMG UK in 1989 as an Audit Supervising Senior. In 1993, they joined Addis Group Ltd. as a Financial Accountant and was promoted to Group Financial Controller in 1996. In 2000, they joined ITS Ltd. / Dexcom Holdings BV as Finance Director and Group Financial Controller. Paul then moved to Manorlane Property Ltd. in 2007 as Finance Director. In 2008, they joined DySIS Medical Ltd. as Finance Director, where they secured two rounds of private equity investor financing. In 2013, they joined Roslin Cells as Finance Director and grew the business from £1m t/o to £5m t/o in two years. In 2016, they set up Quercus Alba Limited to provide CFO services to early stage life science and medtech companies. Finally, in 2019, they joined epipole Ltd. as CFO, having previously supported the company with fund raising on a consultancy basis.

Paul Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology from Imperial College London. Paul also holds an Associate Chartered Accountant certification from ACA.
