Massimo Giraldo

Massimo Giraldo has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on leadership roles. Massimo started their career at Accenture in 1985 as a Senior Manager and later joined HEAD as a Financial Controller. Giraldo then worked at Eliwell Systems as a Financial Controller and at Aspiag Service S.r.l. as a Group CFO, where they implemented restructuring and organizational efficiency measures. Massimo furthered their career at Italian Luxury Industries S.p.a. as a Group CFO, responsible for financial planning and the acquisition of Alberto Aspesi S.p. After that, they joined Accenture Italia as a Business Service Director, where they developed the Italian practice on Finance & Accounting Services. In this role, they focused on deal shaping, strategic planning, team building, business acquisitions, financial planning, data integrity, compliance, and Lean Six Sigma consulting. Most recently, Giraldo served as a Temporary CFO and Group Chief Financial Officer at Epipoli S.p.A., where they were responsible for financial controls and worked in the fintech and private equity sectors. Their work experience spans over 35 years and demonstrates their expertise in finance, leadership, and strategic planning.

Massimo Giraldo pursued their undergraduate education from 1978 to 1983 at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, where they obtained a degree in Business Economics.
