Aparna Singh

Aparna Singh has worked in the Human Resources field since 2010. In 2010, they began as a Senior IT Recruiter at IDHASOFT, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle and led a team of four recruiters. In 2015, they moved to Axiomatix IT Solutions PVT. LTD. as a Manager of HR Operations & Recruitment, where they sourced and selected applicants for technical positions, wrote job descriptions, and posted job openings on job boards and social media. Since 2017, they have been an HR Manager at EPIQ InfoTech LLC, where they are responsible for HR operations and ERP staffing solutions. Aparna also works with business to identify and implement effective strategies and programs for addressing employee retention, employee & manager development, and workplace/resource planning. Additionally, they formulate and implements the Performance Management System across the region.

Aparna Singh attended Pune University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their Master of Project Management (MPM) in Human Resource. Prior to that, they attended Indian Jobs and Careers from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biotechnology.
