Mauricio Munoz

Mauricio Munoz has a long and varied work experience. Mauricio began their career in 1999 as an Automated Logistical Supply Specialist in the United States Army Reserves. In 2006, they were a Marketing Assistant at Residential Home Funding Corp. From 2009 to 2010, they were an Administrative Assistant at Santos Realty Group and a Director at Hudson Line Productions. From 2013 to 2019, they were an Associate Producer at Fox News Channel. In 2019, they were promoted to Quality Assurance Lead at EPIQ InfoTech, where they were responsible for organizing and managing the actions of 11 QA Specialists. Mauricio was then promoted again to Quality Assurance Mentor in 2020, where they coached, developed, and mentored QA staff. In 2022, they were promoted to Operations Team Supervisor at Epiq, where they supervised the daily operations of the contact center tactical team.

Mauricio Munoz has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinema and Television with an emphasis in Directing from Columbia College Hollywood, obtained between 2007 and 2009. Mauricio also has two Associate's degrees, one in Marketing from Berkeley College obtained between 2006 and 2007, and one in Applied Science; Marketing, also from Berkeley College, obtained between 2006 and 2007. Additionally, they have three certifications from LinkedIn obtained in April 2022: Building Relationships While Working from Home, Supporting Your Mental Health While Working from Home, and Uncovering Your Authentic Self at Work.
