Dwight Hedden

Dwight "Cowboy" Hedden has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Field Service Engineer and Project Manager at Advanced Dynamics Corporation Ltd since June 2021. Prior to this role, Dwight was a Maintenance Planner and Reliability professional at West Fraser from January 2020 to June 2021. Between June 1993 and August 2019, Dwight held the position of Area Manager for Finishing and Shipping at Evergreen Packaging, where responsibilities included overseeing 90 mill employees and ensuring safety, quality, and production standards.
