Jed Clark

Jed Clark has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Jed is currently working at EPIQ Capital Group as the General Counsel and CCO. Prior to this role, they took a personal sabbatical for adventure travel. During this time, they traveled extensively and engaged in various activities such as meditation in Thailand and trekking in the Nepali Himalayas.

Before their sabbatical, Jed worked at ICONIQ Capital as the Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel. In this role, they managed the compliance department for a large investment adviser with high net worth clients, private equity funds, venture funds, and real estate funds. Jed also mentored and managed a team of eight and oversaw legal and operational requirements.

Prior to ICONIQ Capital, Jed worked at Parador Asset Management as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In this position, they directed firm operations and implemented and supervised the compliance program.

Jed's earlier work experience includes working as an Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, a Senior Compliance Consultant at Gordian Compliance Solutions, LLC, a Law Clerk at the Law Office of Amy Harrington, and participating in the Summer Honors Law Program at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

At Conifer Securities, Jed served as a Compliance Analyst and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. In this role, they customized and implemented compliance programs for hedge fund manager clients, managed regulatory filings for hedge funds, and provided support during regulatory exams and inquiries.

Jed Clark obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Utah between 1992 and 1994. Jed later pursued a Master's in Professional Communication at Westminster College from 1997 to 1998. Jed'seducation journey culminated in a Juris Doctor degree with a Tax Concentration from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2007 to 2010.
