Deirdre O'Connor

Deirdre O'Connor is a corporate restructuring executive with extensive experience in governance, legal, finance, and restructuring. As the United States Trustee for Region 2, Deirdre proactively monitored major bankruptcy filings, managing significant cases including Delta Airlines. Currently serving as Managing Director at Epiq, Deirdre has successfully driven substantial revenue growth in the restructuring business. Recognized as the 2006 Woman of the Year by the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, Deirdre is also a strong advocate for women in business and a seasoned Independent Director on multiple boards. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport.
