Melodie specializes in guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through residential sales, new construction, relocations, and investment properties. Prior experience includes leading real estate transactions under Melodie Ostman Real Estate from 2016 to 2023 and holding various roles at Blue Cross of Idaho from April 2004 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing major account relationships and claims processing. Melodie's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Complementary Alternative Medicine and training from Idaho Real Estate School.
