Ginny Grant

Ginny Grant has over 17 years of work experience in the fields of chemistry and project management. In 2021, they began their current role as Associate Director of Project Management at Epirium. Prior to this, they were a Principal Scientist at Calibr at Scripps Research from 2020. From 2011-2020, they worked at Celgene in various roles, including Sr. Associate Scientist, Associate Scientist, and Sr. Research Associate. In 2010, they worked as a Contract Chemistry Journal Editor at American Journal Experts. From 2007-2010, they held roles at Ligand Pharmaceuticals as a Medicinal Chemistry Assistant Scientist and at Richmond Tutors as a Chemistry/Math Tutor. From 2004-2007, they worked at Vanderbilt University as an Organic Chemistry Research Assistant and Organic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant. In 2004, they held a Summer Synthetic Chemistry Intern role at GlaxoSmithKline and a General Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant role at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2003, they held a Summer Medicinal Chemistry Intern/Assistant Chemist role at Eli Lilly.

Ginny Grant obtained their high school diploma from Millbrook High School in 2000. Ginny then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they earned a BS in Chemistry in 2004. Ginny went on to Vanderbilt University, where they earned an MS in Organic Chemistry in 2006. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Medicinal Chemistry from UC San Diego.
