Jakub Posva

Jakub Posva is an experienced network infrastructure specialist with a comprehensive background in technical support and network maintenance. Currently serving as a Network Infrastructure Senior Specialist at Epiroc since February 2019, Jakub is part of an international team focused on network troubleshooting across multiple platforms, including Cisco and Zscaler. Previously, Jakub held senior engineering positions at GTT and Interoute, providing high-level technical support for IP customers, managing complex troubleshooting of service degradation, and supporting premium customer requests. Additional roles at Interoute included NOC Lead IP Engineer and Second Line IP Operations Engineer, with responsibilities encompassing network monitoring, resource management, and training coordination. Earlier career experiences include roles at Contactel and Siemens, where Jakub developed a solid foundation in network operations and support.
