Jorge Sanhueza

Jorge Sanhueza is a seasoned professional in the mining industry, currently serving as Digital Project Engineer at Epiroc since July 2022. With over a decade of experience at MineRP as a Senior Mining Consultant, Jorge has developed expertise in engineering studies including geological modeling, resource estimation, open-pit and underground design, mining planning, and strategic mining planning, as well as CAPEX and OPEX estimation. Additional roles include Project Engineer at Metalica Consultores, Long-term Planner at BHP Billiton, and multiple positions at Gemcom Software International and RMD Ingenieria. Jorge holds a Civil Mining Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, earned between 1999 and 2005.
