Romika Ramlall Naidu

Romika Ramlall Naidu currently serves as the Group Employer Brand Manager at Epiroc, with experience in employer branding, social media strategy, and inclusion and diversity initiatives. Since joining Epiroc in July 2020, Romika has taken on various roles, including Global Employer Branding Project Lead and Employer Branding and Social Media Specialist, contributing to the Brand & Communications Council and People & Leadership Council. Prior to Epiroc, Romika has held positions such as Senior Marketing Manager at Jurumani Solutions, Marketing Manager at EOH, and Marketing & Communications Manager at iST. Romika's earlier career includes roles in product management and customer relations, as well as a public relations position at Durban University of Technology, where Romika obtained a degree.
