Weston Belcher CIH, CSP, currently serves as the Global Sustainability & SHEQ Manager for the Surface Division & NASA Region at Epiroc since August 2025. Prior to this role, Weston was the Senior Manager of Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability at Wolfspeed from January 2024 to July 2025. An extensive career in safety and health management spans over two decades, including positions as RFAB ESH Manager and DMOS5 ESH Manager at Texas Instruments, where Weston worked from August 2005 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as an Industrial Hygienist at Industrial Hygiene and Safety Technology and as Safety Director at Tri Dal, Ltd. Notable early roles also include EHS Coordinator at Dayco Products, a Safety Internship with The Pillsbury Company, and a Student Research Assistant at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Laboratory. Weston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
