Ashley Rich

Ashley Rich is an experienced professional in the field of early childhood education, currently serving as the Relationship Based Professional Learning Manager at Bright From The Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning since March 2024. Previously, Ashley held the position of Manager of School Readiness Education at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. from September 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included providing curriculum support and supervision to program education staff. Earlier in the career, Ashley served as a Student Support Specialist at Communities In Schools, focusing on program management and partnership development, and as Assistant Director/Teacher at Share Head Start, ensuring compliance with Head Start program mandates. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
