Autumn Tomas Mpa

Autumn Tomas MPA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit consulting and federal grant review. As the CEO and Consultant of A Tomas Consulting LLC since August 2011, Autumn has supported nonprofit organizations in enhancing their programs and outcomes through strategic planning and grant applications. In the role of Federal Grant Reviewer since August 2012, Autumn oversees grant review panels for various federal agencies, facilitating the review process and producing final reports. Previously, as Vice-President of Head Start/Early Head Start at Episcopal Children's Services from July 2014 to February 2024, Autumn managed administrative and operational activities for programs serving nearly 3,000 children and families. Autumn has held multiple leadership roles in the organization, contributing to the development of comprehensive services for children and their families. Educationally, Autumn is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Public Administration at Walden University, having already earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from reputable institutions.
