Destinee Disher Swanson

Destinee Disher has been serving clients for twelve years within the Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL audit practices for Grant Thornton LLP providing assurance services conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. She recently completed a two-year rotation abroad in London, and relocated to Jacksonville upon her return. She is considered a specialist in assisting teams with complex US GAAP or GAAS accounting matters for international engagements, as well as serving large public, private and Not-For-Profit Organizations.

She received her Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida, and is a licensed certified public accountant. She is also involved in the community through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Jacksonville Humane Society where she is a volunteer and foster parent.

Destinee is currently serving as Treasurer of the Episcopal Children’s Services Board of Directors, of which she has been a member since 2020.
