Melissa Burrows

Melissa Burrows, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Controller at RallyX, Inc. since October 2023, Melissa oversees financial activities for the Mission of Hope. Previously, as the Director of Finance at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. from June 2018 to October 2023, Melissa managed day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and reporting, while also supporting payroll and team development. Earlier roles include Controller at Taylor Residences, where responsibilities encompassed the accounting functions of multiple entities, and Finance Director at McGregor PACE, where Melissa was the chief financial executive. Melissa began their career as a Senior Accountant at Howard, Wershbale & Co., contributing significantly to the audit department. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University.
