Yared Alula

Yared Alula currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at the PGA TOUR where he is lead counsel for the TOUR’s partnerships and business development teams as well as owned and operated golf events. Yared also serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for USA GOLF.

Prior to joining the TOUR, Yared was Associate Counsel at the National Basketball Players Association where he served as a key member of the NBPA negotiating committee as they worked to resolve the 2011 NBA Lockout. Yared started his career at Latham and Watkins as a Mergers and Acquisitions associate.

Yared is a native of Atlanta, Ga. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Emory University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
