Cynthia Gale

Cynthia Gale currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia, a position held since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. In addition to this role, Cynthia has been the Director of Human Resources for Episcopal Community Services of the Diocese of Pennsylvania since July 2011 and previously worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Episcopal Community Services from July 2005 to September 2011.
