Tiffany Luong

Tiffany comes to ECS from On Lok, where she was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the past several years. Previously she held a similar position at the Jewish Senior Living Group in San Francisco for over 4 years. Tiffany holds an MBA in Finance from California State Fullerton and a BS in Finance from San Diego State University.
