Dena Douglas Hobbs

Dena Douglas Hobbs currently serves as the Campus Minister to Episcopal and Lutheran Students at Mercer University with the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta since August 2018, providing support for students seeking to grow in their faith. Since March 2016, Dena has also been a Guest Preacher and Pulpit Supply for Flint River Presbytery. Dena is a freelance writer who has been blogging and writing devotionals and Bible studies since 2011. Other roles include co-leading anxiety management classes and mindfulness retreats, teaching yoga to diverse age groups, and extensive experience in youth and children's ministries across various churches. Dena holds a Master of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Georgia.
