Amila Williams, M.Ed., is an experienced educational administrator with a robust background in student life and residential programs. Currently serving as the Director of Residential Life at Episcopal High School since July 2018, Amila designs and coordinates all aspects of the Residential Life program, fostering healthy relationships among students, dorm faculty, and parents. Previously held positions include Director of Student Life and Dean of Students at The Knox School, where Amila oversaw student wellness and discipline, and Associate Dean of Students at Episcopal High School. Early career experiences include teaching Spanish at Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School and DeKalb County Schools, along with roles focused on training and development in various organizations. Amila holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Political Science from Spelman College.
