Morgan Luster

Morgan Luster is a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Episcopal High School since September 2023, with a diverse background in human resources and customer service. Previous experience includes roles at Target, where Morgan served as Executive Team Lead Human Resources and Human Resources Team Lead, as well as leading small format teams. Morgan has worked as an Operations Coordinator at Ajilon and held various positions at the Graduate Management Admission Council, Vorsight, Nordstrom, ANN INC, ZARA USA, and Free People, focusing on client relations, operational efficiency, and leadership. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University, earned in 2018.
