Mary Healy Jonas is currently the Director of Wellbeing at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota. With a background in personal training, fitness instruction, grant programs, and research, Mary has a strong focus on promoting holistic health and wellness in various settings. Mary has experience as an owner of Red Bike Fitness, as well as holding positions in senior care facilities and fitness organizations. Mary holds multiple degrees in Public Policy, Social Work, and Philosophy/History.
