Donald Chen

Donald Chen has worked for a number of companies since 2007. Theirmost recent role is Project Manager APAC for Episode Six, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were Principal Project Manager at OneConnect Financial Technology since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at ACI Worldwide as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at NETS as a Business Analyst/Project Management and Consultant. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at NCS Group as an Application Consultant. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Teckwah Industrial Corporation Ltd as a System Analyst. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at SingTel as an IT Analyst. Theirfirst role was as a System Analyst (Intern) at Accenture from 2007 to 2008.

Donald Chen attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Donald then returned to Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management Information Systems, General. In August 2015, they obtained an ITILv3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
