Keith Ponnan

Keith Ponnan has worked in the software development and quality assurance industry since 1996. Keith has held various roles at BMC Software, Digital Motorworks, 360Commerce, Oracle, and Episode Six. At BMC Software, they were a QA Automation Lead and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they developed a third generation automation framework in Silktest and led a QA Tools Task Force team. At Digital Motorworks, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they led the quality assurance phase for the product team and created Test Plans and Test Cases. At 360Commerce, they were a Quality Assurance Lead and QA Analyst, where they created and ran automation scripts with Silktest and 4Test. At Oracle, they were a Principal GUI Automation Engineer and Team Lead, where they designed an automation framework organized in a modular fashion with a 3-tier hierarchy, and a Senior QA Automation Engineer and Quality Assurance Lead, where they designed and implemented a modular keyword-driven automation framework using QTP and VBScript. Finally, at Episode Six, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test.

Keith Ponnan obtained a B.Sc. CS in Computer Science Honours from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the same university.
