Toni Lakin-Ritter

Toni Lakin-Ritter is an experienced leader in the life sciences sector with a career spanning over 15 years in various senior roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Region Head at Epista Life Science since March 2024, Toni has previously held positions as Head of Sales for the US at NNIT and Vice President of Account Management at Red Nucleus. Other notable roles include Director of Consulting Services within the Life Sciences Sector at CGI and Sales Director for Life Sciences R&D at Paragon. Early career experience includes business development roles at Phlexglobal and events coordination at the Institute of Clinical Research. Toni began a professional journey in the Royal Navy as a Midshipman after earning a BSc in Geography from Swansea University.
