Carol Boytor

Carol Boytor began their work experience in 1987 as an Accounting Supervisor at First Card. From 1991 to 1994, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor at the same company. Carol then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they analyzed business needs and collaborated with technology teams in the development and implementation of a new credit cardholder system. Carol performed quality assurance testing for new system functionality and Y2K testing. In the year 2000, Carol became an Office Manager at Fox Controls, Inc. In 2003, they briefly worked as a Business Analyst at Sears Holdings Corporation before joining Citi, where they acted as a liaison between IT, business partners, and service providers on strategic pricing initiatives. Carol also supported a major system conversion that successfully transitioned 60 million accounts. Carol then joined JP Morgan Chase in 2009 and worked as a Business Analyst until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at Rangam Consultants Inc. Carol moved on to CRS Group in 2021, where they held the position of Business Analyst. Currently, they work as a Business Analyst at EPITEC starting from 2022.
