Kelleen Lichliter

Kelleen Lichliter has a diverse work experience. Kelleen'smost recent role was as the Senior Manager of Sales and Recruiting at EPITEC, where they managed a team and oversaw the recruiting process for open positions. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Sales & Recruiting, responsible for managing a team supporting Texas and National accounts. Kelleen also held the position of Senior Business Development Manager, where they focused on new development efforts and account management. Before their management roles, they worked as a Rainmaker, leading a team of recruiters and achieving annual placement recognition, and as a Genius Finder, excelling as a top recruiter. Earlier in their career, they served as a Volunteer Coordinator at the American Red Cross, where they were responsible for volunteer coordination and orientation. Additionally, they gained experience as a Promotions and Marketing Intern at WDIV Local 4 and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University.
