Jaya Mohan

Jaya Mohan's work experience includes roles in various companies, starting in 2007 with HDFC Bank where they worked as a Manager in the Talent Management Group. From 2009 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Manager in Human Resources at Lupin. In 2014, they joined UCB as a Senior Manager and Head of C & B. Jaya then moved to Gems Education in 2016 and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and later as Head of Compensation & Benefits, Security Excellence, and Compliance. In 2019, they joined EPL Limited as the Head of Performance & Rewards and later became the General Manager of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Human Capital at EPL Limited.

Jaya Mohan completed a Program on Strategic Human Resource Management Development from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a PGDBM-HR degree in Human Resource Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management between 2005 and 2007. Their earliest educational achievement was a BE in Electronics & Telecommunication from Nagpur University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
