Milind Sali has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. MILIND has worked in various roles and positions in companies such as Essel Propack Limited, PARASRAMPURIA ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED, Mega India, Hi-Tech Graphics, Huhtamaki PPL Ltd, POSITIVE PACKAGING INDUSTRIES LIMITED, NATPACK - Egypt, and Elixir Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Milind Sali received a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from S. H. Jondhale Polytechnic, Dombivli, Mumbai in 1989. MILIND then pursued a B.E. in Electronics from Mod-Tech Engineering Thane, Mumbai from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Milind later obtained a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Government College of Engineering Pune, Maharashtra state, India with a focus on small group activities, operational excellence, and cost-saving projects. MILIND then pursued an Executive MBA in Operations Management & Packaging Management from the Institute of Business Management Studies, Mumbai in 2011-2012. MILIND also completed an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Karnataka University in 2014, focusing on improving personal performance through understanding the six human needs.
