Jalaluddin Soofi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jalaluddin began their career in 2002 as an Executive Offshore Sales at Xenon Solutions. Jalaluddin then moved on to work as a Sr. Travel Consultant at PIA before joining Emirates Airline as a Team Lead in the Skywards Division. In 2005, they joined Warid Telecom as a Supervisor Contact Center, where they played a crucial role in the pre-launch era of the company. Jalaluddin was responsible for designing and conducting trainings for the customer service staff, monitoring and evaluating performance, and maintaining motivation. After their tenure at Warid Telecom, Jalaluddin worked at TRG Customer Solutions as an Assistant Manager - Compliance, Account Manager - Telenor Pakistan, and ultimately as a Project Manager Sales Enablement for Equinix. Jalaluddin then joined ePlanet Communication Inc as the Head of BPO Operations, followed by a position as a Senior Manager CX at SquareTrade. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Lime Green Media and ePlanet Communications Inc.
Jalaluddin Soofi earned an MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Beaconhouse from 1986 to 1997, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In 2017, they obtained a certification in "The Power of Team Culture" from Coursera Course Certificates.
