Kevin Rea

Kevin Rea has a strong background in technology and software development with over 30 years of experience. Kevin currently serves as the Chief Architect at ePlant, Inc, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Jupiter Research Foundation for 10 years, starting as the Vice President of Software Development from 2011 to 2013, and then transitioning into the role of Chief Technology Officer for the next 8 years.

Before joining Jupiter Research Foundation, Kevin held various leadership positions, including VP of Engineering at Ixat Technologies from 2008 to 2010, VP SW Engineering at Crimson Microsystems from 2003 to 2006, and Director of Software at Alidian from 1998 to 2001. Kevin also served as the VP Systems Engineering at Softcom Microsystems from 1997 to 1998.

Kevin's career began at Whitetree in 1994, where they were the Founder and Principal SW Engineer. Prior to that, they worked as a SW Manager at NetExpress from 1990 to 1993. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering and leadership roles, making him a valuable asset in the technology industry.

Kevin Rea attended McGill University from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Kevin then pursued further studies at the same institution from 1982 to 1984, earning a Master's degree in the same field.
