Principal Solutions Architect at ePlus

Andrew Aegerter has over a decade of experience in the field of network engineering. Andrew has worked in various roles and companies, starting with their role as an Enterprise LAN Technician in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for designing and implementing network solutions for an enterprise campus network. Andrew then moved on to work as a Senior Network Engineer at Regis Corporation, where they designed and upgraded the enterprise network infrastructure, implemented new security measures, and automated system upgrades. Andrew later joined West Safety Services and Gates Corporation as a Senior Network Engineer, where they contributed to the maintenance and management of network assets. Andrew then worked at Pomeroy as a Senior Network Consultant, providing pre-sales support and deploying various networking technologies for clients. Their most recent role has been as a Senior Network Consultant at Crossconnect Engineering, where they have designed and implemented WAN solutions, provided network troubleshooting support, and managed network infrastructure replacements. Andrew will be joining ePlus inc. as a Principal Solutions Architect starting from September 2023.

Andrew Aegerter attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification in 2010. Andrew also holds several certifications from Cisco, including Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) and Cisco Certified Network Professional - Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise) obtained in 2016 and 2014, respectively. Recently, they obtained certifications such as Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), Certified Meraki Network Associate (CMNA), Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), and Cisco Certified DevNet Associate in 2021.
