David Krauss

David Krauss is a seasoned Collaboration Solutions Architect with extensive experience in the field of communication technology. Currently employed at ePlus Inc. since July 2022, Krauss previously held a similar role at BITS (acquired by New Era Technology) from February 2017 to June 2022, where a notable achievement included signing over $8 million in contract revenue in New England. Prior to that, experience at NWN Corporation involved driving cloud offerings in Cisco Collaboration, while earlier roles included development of Cisco Video portfolio at HB Communications and significant contributions at Cisco Systems over a 13-year tenure in both partner development and support. Krauss began a professional career as a Systems Engineer at Siemens ROLM, spanning 14 years from 1984 to 1998.
