Doug King

Doug King is currently the Chief Information Officer at ePlus. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, Administration and Chief Information Officer at Landauer, Inc. from January 2009 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the company's Information Technology, Global Program Management, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Continuous (Process) improvement and Legal Functions. As a member of the company's four (4) person Executive team, they provided strategic planning and direction for cross-functional mission critical initiatives, as well as served as Management's liaison to the Compensation Committee. In their role as CIO, they had responsibility for developing the overall technology vision, strategy and architecture for all software applications and infrastructure, which included partnerships with our Marketing and Innovation teams in the development of Information-based Products and Services. Their team's focus was on delivering applications and data-driven solutions (web and mobility-based) that resulted in greater efficiency and economies of scale for LANDAUER operations and its clients. As leader of the company's Continuous Improvement function, they retained accountability for continuous process improvement and operational excellence on a global basis, including implementation of LEAN processes and instilling culture of continuous improvement and “process excellence” throughout the organization. In leading the Company's Human Resources function, they were accountable for the Design and implementation of Human Capital Strategy, including organizational development, performance management, employee acquisition, retention and succession planning.

Doug King has a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A./M.E.M. in Management & Strategy, Operations Management, and Information Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Doug also attended Cincinnati Country Day School in 1985.

Doug King reports to Mark Marron, CEO & President. Doug King works with Kenneth Farber - President, ePlus Software, LLC, Dawn Kerwick - Vice President of Marketing, and Kleyton Parkhurst - SVP and Asst. Secretary.
