Jim Belger

Jim Belger has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Jim started their career at Deloitte as an Audit Staff and progressed to the role of Manager, where they planned and managed financial statement audits and reviews. Jim then joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as Director of Financial Reporting, where they managed daily, monthly, and year-end activities and prepared financial statements. After that, they moved to Sprint Nextel, where they held two roles: Director of Technical Accounting and later Director of Corporate Development. In these roles, they evaluated strategic business opportunities, managed negotiations and transactions, and provided recommendations for business unit alignment. Jim is currently working at ePlus as VP and Corporate Controller.

Jim Belger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland in the years 1994 to 1997. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Jim is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
