Joey Gore

Joey Gore is an experienced technical engineer specializing in unified communications and Cisco voice systems. Currently serving as the MSC Lead Technical Engineer - Collaboration at ePlus inc. since February 2022, Joey is part of the MSC Engineering team addressing clients' UC needs. Prior experience includes a tenure at Rosetta Stone as the lead Cisco Voice Engineer, where responsibilities involved designing and maintaining a global voice infrastructure. Previous roles at HCL Technologies, World Wide Technology, WV Office of Technology, Advanced Technical Solutions, and Medisys Medical System all contributed to expertise in Cisco IP Telephony and technical support. Joey holds a degree in Computer Information Technology from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
