Paul Austin

Paul Austin, PMP, ITIL, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Post Sales Engineering at ePlus inc. since March 2011, Paul manages a team of over 100 and oversees a budget of nearly $90 million, focusing on team development and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Director of Professional Services, where Paul managed regional budgets and led a services team, and Professional Services Manager, responsible for resource management and process development. Earlier career experience includes positions in business development, systems design, and project management across various companies, including Protech Fire & Security and Infrastruct Security. Paul holds a background in project management and engineering education from Brazosport College.
