Rachael Dean

Rachael Dean is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in business operations and sales analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at ePlus inc. since September 2019, Rachael specializes in overseeing Southeast business operations, developing fiscal budgets, and creating comprehensive sales and services reporting. Previous roles include Sales Operations Manager and Sales Operations Analyst, where Rachael conducted complex data analysis on sales metrics.
