Rick Chapin

Rick Chapin has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2019, they worked at ePlus inc. as the MSC Lead Tech Engineer, Onboarding. Rick'sresponsibilities included managing the onboarding process, troubleshooting hardware and software connectivity, and creating documentation. Prior to that, they worked as a Softball Umpire since 2005, handling women's fast pitch softball at the local level and officiating in various tournaments. From 2018 to 2019, Rick worked as a Technical Contractor at Insight Global. Before that, they had a long tenure at Global Knowledge Training, starting in 1996. At Global Knowledge Training, Rick held multiple positions such as Director of eLearning Infrastructure, Manager of Infrastructure Services, Infrastructure Engineer, and Course Director/Instructor.

Rick Chapin attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1977, where they obtained a degree in ASEE.
