Ryan Carter

Ryan Carter is a skilled networking professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as MSC III at ePlus Inc. since May 2022, Ryan focuses on ensuring customer success by addressing networking needs. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. for seven years, initially as a Technical Support Engineer and later as a High End Engineer, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and advising on gateway-related issues. Additionally, Ryan served as IT Manager at DFW Communications, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2015. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
