Shawn Higgins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in services business development and account management. Currently at ePlus Inc. since April 2011, Shawn manages two teams focused on supporting various services and technologies, having previously held roles including Team Lead for the BOM Desk and Senior Service Delivery Manager for Managed Services. Prior to ePlus, Shawn served as a Senior Account Executive at Verizon, managing a diverse SMB customer base, and as a Senior Relationship Manager at Dun and Bradstreet, providing sales and marketing solutions. Shawn's educational background includes a BS in Marketing from Plymouth State University and studies at Central Connecticut State University.
