Terry Abbott

Terry Abbott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience management and solution architecture, currently serving in a client experience role at ePlus Inc. since January 2021. At SMP-CORP, Terry has held several leadership positions since March 2014, including Director of Client Experience and Senior Collaboration Solutions Architect, focused on developing strategic plans and collaboration solutions using Cisco Unified Communications. Prior to this, Terry worked at Xerox Corporation as a Senior Solution Architect and Project Manager, where responsibilities included architecting Cisco IP Telephony systems and developing QoS models.
