Tom Tran

Tom Tran is a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer with extensive experience in network and system administration. Currently employed at ePlus Inc. since March 2017, Tom has progressed from Tier 2 to Tier 3 Unified Communications Engineer. Previous experience includes a role as a Network Technician in the US Air Force Reserve from May 2013 to May 2020 and as a System Analyst II at Strategic Products and Services from August 2014 to December 2016, where Tom specialized in migrating Cisco Unified Communication applications. Tom’s foundational experience as a Network and Computer System Administrator in the US Army from August 2008 to December 2012 complements an educational background that includes an Associate of Applied Sciences in Information Technology from Clayton State University.
