Don McLaughlin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Don currently serves as the Senior Vice President Contracts at ePlus inc., where he manages the Contracts Department and negotiates technology and financing agreements. Prior to this, Don held the position of Vice President, Contracts at the same company, where he advised executives on contractual issues.

Before joining ePlus, Don had a private legal practice, in which he drafted and negotiated various agreements for emerging and mid-sized companies, provided advice on commercial arrangements, and prepared corporate policies.

Don gained valuable experience as an Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where he drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate governance documents, worked on internal investigations, and handled licensing and royalty agreements. Don began his career at The White House as a staff writer of presidential messages under President Ronald Reagan and continuing under President George H. W. Bush, preparing press releases and other material related to recognized community service initiatives.

Overall, Don McLaughlin has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, legal counseling, and policy development throughout his career.

Don McLaughlin attended Georgetown University and obtained a B.S.F.S. degree in Foreign Service. Don also attended Georgetown University Law Center and earned a J.D. degree.
